The system is designed for PE / PP / PS/ABS /PC / PMMA / PET / PVC thick & thin sheet production, with different wide T-die and calender, cutting board, longitudinal saw and horizontal saw to achieve the purpose of producing different sizes of products. Acemech uses a vacuum exhaust extruder, a fully automatic PLC control system to ensure the whole machine synchronization control, stable operation. We can provide up to 5 layers of various applications in waterproofing membrane, blister box, refrigerator liner drawer, shade, suitcase, car interior trim, floor, billboard, building template, furniture edge banding, furniture board. Difference model of system with a capacity range 150-1200kg/g, width range 200-2000mm, thickness range 0.2-30mm for option.

Features
1.The screw features a special kneading function and an accurate temperature control system to ensure high plasticization and stable high-yield extrusion of plastics. The temperature control within ±1°C can precisely control the plasticization process and the thickness of the sheet, ensuring a flat and uniform surface.
2.Screen Changer and Die: The hydraulic quick screen changing device ensures no material leakage during screen changing and is fast and effective. The die structure is selected according to the material. The coat hanger die head adopts a multi-layer double-throttle design, which facilitates the uniform distribution of flow and more precise adjustment of sheet thickness.
3.Three-Roll Calender: Depending on the thickness of the sheet, a 45° inclined three-roll, vertical three-roll, or horizontal three-roll calender is used. The temperature control of the three rolls is independent, and the roll gap can be adjusted freely. The special design of the middle roll with adjustable angle ensures the calendering effect and uniform thickness of the sheet. The thickness of the sheet can be precisely controlled by the screw adjustment and the double adjustment of the pressure wheel. The independently controlled roll temperature control system can precisely control the temperature of the calendering roll to ensure uniform thickness of the sheet.
4.Cooling Roll Stand: Equipped with corresponding cooling guide rolls to enhance the cooling effect. A trimming device is also provided to ensure the fixed width and edge quality of the sheet. Cross-Cutting Machine: Used for lengthwise fixed-size cutting with a cutting accuracy of less than 2mm. The cutting is synchronized with the sheet material, ensuring the quality of the cut surface and long-term stable cutting action. The cutting is performed using alloy blades or hard alloy saw blades.
5.Winder: Equipped with a high-torque motor for friction winding, which allows for adjustable speed and winding tension. Other types of winding can also be provided according to customer requirements.
