O-PVC Pipe Extrusion Line

Oriented Polyvinyl Chloride (O-PVC) is a type of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe material that has been modified through orientation. It is also known as biaxially oriented PVC pipe material. Based on unplasticized PVC (U-PVC) pipe material, O-PVC undergoes a special orientation stretching process during production, which creates biaxial stretching and thereby improves its performance.

Description

With the increasing application of O-PVC pipe material, KITECH has developed a new type of O-PVC pipe production line. The production line consists of a dedicated twin-screw extruder, forming mold, vacuum calibration cooling machine, primary haul off machine, secondary heating machine, stretching mould, secondary water cooling system, secondary Haul off machine, planetary cutting machine, and belling machine. The production line employs advanced automation control technology to achieve precise control of the production process and real-time monitoring of product quality, thereby enhancing production efficiency and product quality.

Water Cooling Tank

It’s primarily used to control the temperature of various equipment and molds to ensure smooth production and prevent overheating, especially when processing materials like PVC.
