Description
PVC pulverizer is mainly used to grind waste PVC products, such as PVC pipes/profiles/plates/bottles and other PVC plastics and scraps into powder, so as to be used as raw materials for recycled plastics and used in the production of various PVC products. The PVC powder after grinding can be used for the production of pipes, doors and Windows, floors, wire and cable insulation, etc. The grinding machine uses a turbine blade. The static and rotating blades can be adjusted, so the powder fineness can be adjusted according to customer requirements, and the output can reach 100-900kg/h (15-100mesh). The pulverizer is mainly composed of a motor, a disc blade, a feeding fan, a vibrating screen, and a dust removal system.
