PP-R / PERT / PB Pipe Extrusion Line
The production line is designed for processing PP-R pipe and PP-R glass fiber reinforced tube. If changing the appropriate parts, you can produce PERT and PB pipe products for hot water application. The production line adopts PLC integrated control system, man-machine dialogue interface, fault alarm warning system, automatic storage record process parameters. Our system can produce the pipes with diameter up to 250mm and wall thickness up to 33mm.
Single Screw Extruder
– Siemens/WEG original motor achieved global after service;
– Bimetallic screw and barrel;
– Intelligent PLC controlling system with human-friendly interface.
Mould
• 40Cr material
• Complete set include extrusion die head, Slotting & water ring type calibration sleeve
• Apply to PE/PP, co-extrusion, multi-layers co-extrusion etc
Vacuum Cooling Tank
– Special water sprays are located on the best position for cooling the pipe efficiently
– Special and easy adjusted pipe supports for each pipe diameter
Haul off Machine
– Upper and lower caterpillar is driven separately by the frequency inverter
– Fast change type pads
Cutter
• Tracking cutter or Non-dust cutter, Blade rotates around pipe and cut off pipe with smooth surface.
• Synchronous control
Stacker
• Stainless steel 304 as touching material
• Discharge driving by air cylinder
