PE (LD & HD) Pipe Extrusion Line
With years of experience in the R&D production of plastic machinery, absorbing foreign advanced technology to fit to market demand, Acemech constantly explores our high efficient extruder and production line, including 33D and 38D series extrusion production line.

Our production line adopts high-performance single-screw extruder, spiral type die head, multi-track haul-off, proper vacuum & cooling devices and chip-free cutting unit, which can be used to achieve, single, two or more layers of co-extrusion products. Our system adopts intelligent PLC or direct temperature controlling system, man-machine dialogue interface, remote diagnosis and control, automatic fault alarm to realize the stable and reliable production. It can be widely used for extruding various polyolefin materials, for example, HDPE, LDPE, PERT, PP, PPB, PPH, PP-R, PS, etc. Besides, Acemech greatly has improved the application of our system to meet the demand of market, such as fire-retardant, anti-static, corrosion-resistant, nano-antibacterial and other materials.

The haul-off machine, also known as a puller or caterpillar, is a device used to pull the extruded pipes or profiles through the production line at a consistent speed and tension, preventing deformation and maintaining dimensional accuracy.
